This drafting table was designed in collaboration with a local architect in Washington, DC. The piece is solid walnut with brass details.

A brass rail was inlaid to hold papers, sketchbooks and pens when the tabletop is rotated.
The entire live edge top swivels on a solid brass rod that spans the length of the table. The string shown in the photo is attached to a plum bob that raises and lowers with the tilting of the table.
