At the corner, all of the seat slats come together perfectly and at compound angles. the seat is pitched back 5 degrees and the back at an additional 10. This makes for an ergonomic seat angle of 105 degrees
Traditional breadboard ends secure the wood together and prevent it from cupping. Additionally, the ends prevent the end grain from being exposed to the elements
Quarter sawn white oak allows for the wood to weather even in extreme conditions without warping
Burnt cypress posts prevent bugs from entering the wood and help make it rot resistant
